By the Assistant Chief, Video Services Division:

     1.  The Video Services Division issued an order on reconsideration In the Matter of 18
Applications for Authority to Construct and Operate Multipoint Distribution Service Stations on the
F Group Channels for La Grange, Texas, D.A. 98-756 (Vid. Serv. Div. April 21, 1998), which was
adopted on April 20, 1998, and released on April 21, 1998.

     2.  The above-referenced order inadvertently omitted GMD Microcable Partnership,
("GMD"), Application File No. 52774-CM-P-91, on the F group channels for La Grange, Texas from
the list of La Grange applicants subject to the order.  More specifically, GMD should have been listed
at note two in the above-referenced order.

     3.  Accordingly, IT IS ORDERED, that In the Matter of 18 Applications for Authority to
Construct and Operate Multipoint Distribution Service Stations on the F Group Channels for La
Grange, Texas, D.A. 98-756 (Vid. Serv. Div. April 21, 1998), IS HEREBY CORRECTED TO
INCLUDE GMD MICROCABLE PARTNERSHIP, Application File No. 52774-CM-P-91.
