At the request of JoeMyers Production ("petitioner"), the Commission has before it  X-  the Notice of Proposed Rule Making, 12 FCC Rcd 1921 (1997), proposing the allotment of   LChannel 221A at Fredonia, Kentucky, as the community's first local aural transmission service.   Petitioner filed comments and supplemental comments in support of the proposal reaffirming its   intention to apply for the channel, if allotted. An untimely "Informal Objection" was filed by   zDavid Glass, President of Dart Incorporated, licensee of Station WAVJ(FM), Channel 285A,  X^-Princeton, Kentucky.|^ yO-  ԍGlass' "Informal Objection" was not accompanied by a motion for leave to accept. The Commission's Rules do   not contemplate the filing of pleadings beyond the established comment period, unless specifically requested or   authorized by the Commission. The community also has two medical clinics, a pharmacy, a farm supply store, and several   specialty shops. Petitioner asserts that many of the businesses serving Fredonia contain the name   of "Fredonia" in their business name (e.g., Fredonia Valley Ban, Fredonia Car Wash, Fredonia Food and More).  3.
