     1.   This Order denies the Application for Review of the Order, FCC 96I-46 (OGC
released December 11, 1996), filed by Praise Broadcasting Network, Inc. on January 10, 1997. 
Wrightsville Beach Radio Limited Partnership filed an Opposition on January 27, 1997.  Having
carefully considered the contentions of the applicants, we affirm the ruling below. 

     2.   ACCORDINGLY, IT IS ORDERED, That, pursuant to 47 C.F.R.  1.115(g), the
Application for Review filed January 10, 1997 by Praise Broadcasting Network, Inc. IS DENIED.
