("ABI"), a Reply to the Opposition to Petition for Reconsideration filed by Unity, and various related pleadings. 2.Unity, an applicant for a new FM station at Hattiesburg, Mississippi, seeks review of our decision in Abundant Life, Inc., 10 FCC Rcd 9977 (1995), wherein we reinstated the application of ABI, Unity's competing applicant, for a new FM station at Hattiesburg, Mississippi. 3.Reinstatement of an application is an interlocutory ruling, and, as such, is not subject to a petition for reconsideration.
