                            ERRATUM

                                        Released:  April 1, 1997

The Memorandum Opinion and Order in the above-captioned matter, FCC 97-105, released March
26, 1997, is hereby corrected as follows:

Caption:  "Request by Raycom U.S., Inc."  is changed to "Request by Raycom Media, Inc."

Paragraph 2, Sentence 1:  ". . . Raycom Media Subsidiary II, Inc., a subsidiary of Raycom" is
changed to "Raycom".

Paragraph 25, Sentence 1:  " . . . the licensee must consummate the assignment of license of WTOC-
TV" is changed to ". . . the licensee must consummate the assignment of license of WSAV(TV)."

Paragraph 27, Sentence 1:  ". . . provided that within six months of the consummation of the merger
between Federal Enterprises, Inc. and Raycom Media Subsidiary II, Inc." is changed to ". . . provided
that within six months of the consummation of the merger between Federal Enterprises, Inc. and
Raycom Media, Inc."

Paragraph 28, Sentence 1: " . . . Raycom Media Subsidiary II's request for a sixty (60) day extension
of time" is changed to " . . . Raycom Media, Inc.'s request for a sixty (60) day extension of time."
