The Memorandum Opinion and Order in the above-captioned matter, DA 97-1549, released July 23,
1997, is hereby corrected as follows:

Caption:  "Ellis Communications, Inc." is changed to "Elcom of Georgia, Inc."

Paragraph 1, line 4:  " . . .  Ellis Communications, Inc. ("Ellis")" is changed to " . . . Elcom of
Georgia, Inc."

Footnote 1, line 10:  " . . . Raycom U.S., Inc. (a subsidiary of Raycom Media, Inc., the parent
company of Ellis and Elcom of Georgia, Inc.)"  is changed to " . . . Raycom Media, Inc. (the parent
