At the request of Lee County Broadcasters ("petitioner"), the Commission has before it the Notice of Proposed Rule Making, 12 FCC Rcd 11640 (1997), proposing the allotment of Channel 286A to Lexington, Texas. Petitioner subsequently filed a request for withdrawal of its petitioner for rule making. No other expressions of interest were filed. 2. In accordance with Commission policy, we will grant petitioner's request for withdrawal of its rule making proposal. 3.
