Board's Decision in this proceeding, 9 FCC Rcd 7861 (Rev. Bd.
1994), and an Application for Review filed January 19, 1995 by
Capitol City Broadcasting Company.  Having carefully considered
the matters of record herein, we agree with the Board's
disposition of this case and affirm its Decision. 

     2. ACCORDINGLY, IT IS ORDERED, That pursuant to 47 C.F.R.
