The Commission has before it the petitions for reconsideration and motions for stay filed by Lakeside Broadcasting, Inc. (Athens, OH, Isleboro, ME, Hermantown, MN, Balsam Lake, WI, Taylorville, IL), and Christopher DiPaola (Isleboro, ME) of the Order in the above-captioned proceedings, 9 FCC Rcd 6844 (1994), which announced a thirty-day application filing window opening on January 6, 1995, and closing on February 6, 1995. The application filing windows established in the individual Reports and Orders had been frozen in response to the United States Court of Appeals decision in Bechtel v. FCC, 10 F. 2d 875 (D.C. Cir. 1993). Comments were filed by Miller Communications, Inc., in reference to the Taylorville, IL, window and by Nelsonville TV Cable, Inc., in reference to the Athens, OH, window. Lakeside and DiPaola subsequently filed a request for the withdrawal of their respective petitions for reconsideration. We will grant the requests. 2. IT IS ORDERED, That the petitions for reconsideration filed by Lakeside Broadcasting, Inc. and Christopher DiPaola ARE DISMISSED. 3. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, That this proceeding IS TERMINATED. 4.
