                                        Released:  April 30, 1999


     1. The Notice of Proposed Rulemaking in this proceeding (DA 99-727), released April 16,
1999, which proposed reallotment of Channel 279C3 from Royston to Commerce, Georgia and
modification of the license for Royston Station WPUP(FM) accordingly, gave the reply comment date
in error.  

     2. The correct reply comment date for the Notice of Proposed Rulemaking in MM Docket
No. 99-123 is June 23, 1999.
