Subject:   Blind Fuding in Jeopardy

     The current continuing resolution which includes funds for
the
Texas Commission for the Blind is set to expire Friday, March 15.
An omnibus appropriations bill is being considered which would
provide  funds under the Rehabilitation Act throughout the
remainder of the fiscal year. We strongly encourage the approval
of this bill as it  provides adaptive services for the blind,
including college students such as myself.
