I support the Center for Media Education's drive to close the
loopholes in FCC regulations concerning Children's Educational
programming.

Commercial television has not been fulfilling the public trust
that they have promised to in accepting their broadcast licenses.
Children's educational programming is a vital part of that trust.

Please close the loopholes.
