Subject:   Educational Programming


I strongly support closing the loopholes which allow commercial
broadcasters  to air adult talk shows and cartoons in the name of
educational  broadcasting.  Commercial stations should be
required to adhere to criteria  which define 'educational
programming'  in the strictest sense of the term.
