I believe that the classification of 'educational' should be made by the NEAA or other teacher's organization... not by the broadcasters. I further believe that these educational hours should be required to be presented on ALL networks at the same time, and at two prime TV viewing times, such as 8AM on the weekends and 3PM on weekdays. It IS ok for the government to preach and push common sense on the populace. How about some FCC ads similar to those put out by the Seventh-day-adventists.... pushing family values.... doing things with your kids.... avoiding abuse..... setting example..... etc?. James E.
