Subject:   Auction of ALL Broadcast Spectrum

I believe that segments of the broadcast spectrum originally 
intended to serve high-definition TV but no longer needed  by the
boradcasters for this purpose should be auctioned  instead ob
being given to boradcasters.  If you have voted  or intend to
vote for this measure, I want an explanation of  why these huge
corporations should be given public resources  at a time when
Congress is talking about increasing the  cost to ordinary
citizens of things like Medicare.
