They are subjected to adult themes which they have no business watching. It would be easy to simply say tha t it is a parent problem, but too many young parents do not seem to be aware of what their children watch even before 9:00 pm. I would ask you to spend time watching TV in the evenings, in the after- noons and even in the mornings. Ask yourself if you would want your children or grandchildren exposed to the constant barrage of unsuitable material. Please consider dealing with children's probgramming in a responsible manner Consider, through bill MM Docket No. 93-48,providing educational programming, and programming which is devoid of adult themes during hours when most children are up - before 9:00 pm.We will all benefit from regulations which respect the fact that children are not little adults.
