This was broadcast on Oregon Public Broadcasting, a very worthwhile organization. I would offer my support to the chairman for the changes her proposes regarding television for children. With the incredible number of hours a child spends watching TV, this fantasy land is bound to become their reality in some sense. I think that those organizations that broadcast to the people of America do have a responsibility to produce some educational material that will be beneficial to children. After all, this is the upcoming generation that they are influencing. They can help produce capable citizens those who will be able to take their places once they leave, or they can produce a generation of idiots. I perfer the former to the latter. Thank you.
