Subject:   kids programming on tv

I fully support the FCC's attempts to provide for meaningful
educational television for children.  I think that should be
extended to adult programming also.  The networks have trashed
the programming to the point that little of value to reinforce
good citizenship and core American values are promoted over the
public airways anymore.  Shouldn't the government have its own
channel in all communities?
