                           ERRATUM
                               

     On January 4, 2000, the Telecommunications Division, International Bureau, issued a Public Notice,
DA 99-3036, seeking comments on the Application of AT&T Corp. (AT&T) regarding a settlement agreement
for cross border telecommunications services between AT&T and Compania Anonima Nacional Telefonos de
Venezuela (CANTV) in Venezuela (File No. ISP-WAV-19991215-00012).  The Application was erroneously
referred to in the Public Notice as a waiver of the Section 214 benchmarks condition.  The Application is for a
waiver of the Commission's International Settlements Policy.

     This erratum amends the caption of the Public Notice, DA 99-3036, to read as follows:  "Waiver of
the International Settlements Policy."

     This erratum also amends the first paragraph of said Public Notice following the file number and
applicant name to read as follows:  "AT&T Corp. (AT&T) has petitioned the Commission for a waiver of the
International Settlements Policy to enter a settlement agreement for cross border telecommunications services
between AT&T and Compania Anonima Nacional Telefonos de Venezuela (CANTV) in Venezuela."


  The dates for interested parties to file comments remain the same:  comments should be filed by
January 18, 2000 and reply comments by January 28, 2000.
