             OFFERS ADDITIONAL DRAFT PROPOSALS
                     ON WRC-2000 ISSUES
  
  
  
                          Erratum
  
  
  The Commission released Public Notice, DA 99-1364 on July 14, 1999, which presented
  draft proposals approved by the WRC-2000 Advisory Committee at its eighth meeting on
  June 24, 1999.  The draft proposal presented in Section VI of the Public Notice as
  Proposal 2 for Informal Working Group 7 (IWG-7) on pages 68-71 was wrongly
  attributed to IWG-7.  While this draft proposal did appear as part of  Document WAC/089
  which was referenced, the draft proposal itself originated from the National
  Telecommunications and Information Administration (NTIA) and appeared in a document
  which was distributed at the June 24 meeting as Document WAC/103.  (This document
  was referenced in Section VIII B on page 85 of the Public Notice as NTIA's Proposal Set
  2).  IWG-7 provided its reasons in Document WAC/089 for not supporting the NTIA
  proposal.  These comments will be considered along with those made to the Public Notice
  in evolving proposals in preparation for the World Radiocommunication Conference in
  2000 (WRC-2000).  Both documents can be found on the FCC's WRC-2000 world wide
