filing.  The Commission reserves the right to return any of the applications if, upon further
examination, it is determined the application is not in conformance with the Commission's Rules or
its policies.  Petitions, oppositions and other pleadings filed in response to this notice should

          Public Notice, Report No. SPB-102, incorrectly listed Loral Space &
     Communications, Ltd.'s current assignment for its Ka-band satellite as 28ø
     W.L.   The current assignment for this satellite should have been listed as 28ø 
     E.L.
