EchoStar Satellite Corporation and Directsat Corporation have filed a request for special temporary
authority to operate the eastern satellites of their respective Direct Broadcast Satellite systems at 118.95 
W.L. and 119.05  W.L., respectively.  Interested parties may file comments or petitions on or before
October 7, 1996; replies may be filed no later then October 17, 1996.
