File No. ISP 96-006 COMMENTS DUE:July 31, 1996 REPLIES DUE: August 14, 1996 On June 25, 1996, pursuant to Section 63.13(a) of the Commission's Rules, IDB Mobile, Inc. filed an Application for Modification of Regulatory Status from dominant to non-dominant for international communications services on all routes except Canada. In its application, IDB Mobile, Inc. is not seeking a change in its regulatory status from dominant to non-dominant on its U.S. - Canada route, where it is affiliated with Teleglobe, Inc. It requests that the Commission modify its status from dominant to non-dominant for the provision of international communication services on all of its other routes. The Commission seeks comments on IDB Mobile, Inc. application. Interested parties may file comments regarding this application no later than July 31, 1996. Reply comments may be filed no later than August 14, 1996. An original and four copies of all comments and replies must be filed in accordance with Section 1.51(c) of the Commission's rules, 47 C.F.R. Section 1.51(c).
