Space Imaging, L.P.Fil e No. 116-SAT-AMEND-95 Lockheed Missiles & Space Company, Inc. (LMSC) has filed an amendment to its pending application to construct, launch and operate a commercial remote-sensing satellite system (CRSS). (See File Nos. 53-DSS-P/LA-94, 39-SAT-AMEND-95 and 99-SAT- AMEND-95.) LMSC is amending this application by furnishing new ownership and other information following investments by E-Systems, Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Raytheon Company, and JSII America, Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Mitsubishi Corporation, in the CRSS project. LMSC seeks to substitute a new partnership, Space Imaging L.P. (Space Imaging) for LMSC as the applicant for the CRSS system. Space Imaging will be managed by its sole general partner, Space Imaging, Inc. (SII), the capital stock of which is held equally by Lockheed Corporation and E-Systems, Inc.
