                                  ERRATA

                        Released:  October 21, 1997

By the Chief, Telecommunications Division:

        1.      The above-captioned Order, Authorization and Certificate, released October 3, 1997,
DA 97-2122,  authorizes ntta.com inc.to provide facilities-based and resale services to all eligible
international points, except Japan and Sri Lanka.

        2.      The following corrections should be made to that Order:

                a.      In Paragraph 1, line 2 should be corrected to read:  "...to provide facilities-
                based and resold switched and private line services...."

                b.      In Paragraph 3, line 1 should be corrected to read:  "...to provide facilities-
                based and resold switched and private line services...."

                c.      In Paragraph 7, line 5 should be corrected to read:  "...provision of facilities-
                based and resold switched and private line services...."

                d.      In Paragraph 9, line 2 should be corrected to read:  "...to provide facilities-
                based and resold switched and private line services...."; and

                e.      In paragraph 10, line 2 should be corrected to read:  "of facilities-based and
                resold switched and private line services...."

        3.      All other terms and conditions of the above-captioned Order, Authorization and
Certificate remain the same.
