By the Chief, Telecommunications Division:

      1.    In the above-captioned Memorandum Opinion, Order and Authorization, released
September 10, 1997, the accounting rate for service with the Philippines in paragraph 20 is stated to
decline from $1.35 to 87›. The decline should read $1.34 to 87›.

      2.    Paragraph 33 states that U.S. carriers should base settlements with PLDT for all
services provided between November 1 through November 30, 1995 at a settlement rate not to exceed
63.8›.  The correct time period is November 1 through November 30, 1994 and the settlement rate
should not exceed 62.4› as discussed in paragraph 21.
