The above-captioned Order and Authorization, released March 5, 1996, should be corrected to add the following: a. AT&T of Puerto Rico, Inc. (AT&TPR) is authorized to: i. acquire from AT&T, on an Access Right basis, and operate a one-half interest in one MIU of capacity in the Optical Submarine Network between Sardinia and Spain; ii. acquire by lease or other comparable means any necessary extension facilities; iii. use said facilities to provide its regularly authorized services between Puerto Rico and Spain; b.
