(PWV), which will own 50% of the outstanding stock, and the following individuals who will acquire the other 50% of the stock: Jay N. Angeles25%, and Samuel Olaso25%. The application was placed on public notice on June 28, 1996. No comments were received.  ?<x` ` 2. PWV is a Philippines corporation which does not provide any communications services. Prime states that it has not yet begun to provide service and needs capital in order to do so. Prime states that this change in ownership will provide it with the necessary capital to operate. Prime will continue to hold the Section 214 authority which was granted to it.  ? <x` ` 3. In view of the foregoing, we conclude that grant of the instant application will serve the public interest, convenience and necessity.  ?@<x` ` 4.
