security from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. today, Wednesday, October 25 in the Commission Meeting
Room (TWC-305), 445 12th Street, S.W., Washington, D.C. The objective of this tutorial is to

Presentations will be made by Dr. Will Leland, Chief Scientist in the Internet Architecture Research Laboratory of Telcordia Technologies; John F.
