FCC TO GRANT EXTENSION OF TIME TO FILE COMMENTS ON A LETTER FROM
THE ADVISORY COUNCIL ON HISTORIC PRESERVATION RELATING TO
COMMUNICATIONS TRANSMISSION FACILITIES AT LOOKOUT MOUNTAIN, CO.



On July 15, 1999, the Lake Cedar Group LLC ("LCG") filed a Request for Extension of Time Within
Which to File Comments on the Petition for Reconsideration.  On July 22, 1999, the Commission
issued a Public Notice (DA 99-1435), granting, LCG's request for extension of time for a period of
thirty days.  We inadvertently failed to note that all comments and reply comments should be filed in
ET Docket No. 99-267.  Accordingly, as previously stated in the  July 22, 1999, Public Notice
interested parties may file oppositions or comments, on the issue of historic concerns raised by the
Council's letter, on or before August 23, 1999, and reply comments on or before September 9, 1999.
