     On March 15, 1999 the Bureau, through the Enforcement Division, released an Order
(DA 99-506) in this proceeding.  The following erratum corrects an error in the released text.

1.   This erratum amends paragraph number 3 of the Order by deleting the text, ", which
recently filed for bankruptcy, ."  The corrected sentence in paragraph 3  should read as follows: 
"EqualNet requests a waiver of our verification rules to allow it to be designated the preferred
long distance carrier for customers of BCI without first obtaining the customers' authorization and
verification."
