THE OFFICE OF ENGINEERING AND TECHNOLOGY WILL SPONSOR A
TUTORIAL ON "INTERNET INTEROPERABILITY WITH THE PUBLIC
SWITCHED TELEPHONE NETWORK" ON DECEMBER 11, 1998 IN THE
COMMISSION MEETING ROOM AT 9AM, CHRISTIAN HUITEMA FROM
BELLCORE WILL BE THE PRESENTER

The Office of Engineering will sponsor a tutorial on "Internet Interoperability 
with the Public Switched Telephone Network" on December 11 in the
Commission Meeting Room, Room 856, 1919 M Street N.W. from 9 a.m until 12
noon.  The presentation will be given by Christian Huitema of Bellcore.

Every effort is made to ensure that a wide diversity of viewpoints (and product
manufacturers) are represented at the OET tutorials.  By sponsoring the tutorial,
the FCC is not endorsing any particular viewpoint or product.  This is the 77th in a
series of tutorials that began in 1980.

The public is invited to attend, no preregistration is needed. For further
