These corrections are being made prior to printing of the R&O in the FCC Record; thus, in the Record the R&O will be published with these corrections. 1. Section 5.3(f) is corrected by deleting the words "or state and local governmental subdivisions." 2. Section 5.59(d) is corrected by deleting in the second line the words "to construct or." 3. Section 5.59(f) is deleted. 4. Section 5.61(c) is corrected to read: "An application for special temporary authorization may be filed in letter form and shall contain the following information:" 5. Section 5.61(c)(6) is corrected to read: "Description of the location(s) and, if applicable, geographical coordinates of the proposed operation." 6. Section 5.61(c)(9) is corrected to read: "Maximum effective radiated power (ERP) or equivalent isotropically radiated power (EIRP)." 7. Section 90.203 is corrected by revising the title and paragraph (a), and by renumbering the final paragraph, to read as follows: Section 90.203 Certification required. (a) Except as specified in paragraphs (b) and (l) of this section, each transmitter utilized for operation under this part and each transmitter marketed as set forth in  2.803 of this chapter must be of a type which has been certificated for use under this part. (1) [Reserved] (2) Any manufacturer of radio transmitting equipment (including signal boosters) to be used in these services may request certification for such equipment following the procedures set forth in subpart J of part 2 of this chapter. Certification for an individual transmitter or signal booster also may be requested by an applicant for a station authorization by following the procedure set forth in part 2 of this chapter. Such equipment if approved will be individually enumerated on the station authorization. * * * * * (l) Ocean buoy and wildlife tracking transmitters operating in the band 40.66-40.70 MHz or 216- 220 MHz under the provisions of Section 90.248 of this part shall be authorized under the notification procedure pursuant to Subpart J of part 2 of this chapter.
