By the Deputy Chief, Market Disputes Resolution Division, Enforcement Bureau:

  1. On July 19, 1996, complainant MCI Telecommunications Corporation
  (MCI) filed a motion to voluntarily dismiss the above captioned complaint against U S West
  Communications, Inc.  On January 6, 2000, we released an Order (DA 99-2992) granting
  MCI's motion and dismissing its complaint (Dismissal Order).  This erratum corrects DA 99-
  2992 to DA-00-29 in the released Dismissal Order.
