           REFERENCE INFORMATION CENTER ANNOUNCES NEW
                         CUSTOMER HOURS
                                
                                
Beginning March16, 2001 the Federal Communications Commission, Reference Information Center (RIC)
located at 445 12th Street SW, Washington, D.C., on the Courtyard Level, Room CY-A257, will be open
Monday through Thursday from 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM and from 8:00 AM   11:30 AM on Friday. 
Engineering files will not be made available and no missing information request will be accepted on Friday.
