This shall serve as notification that the RIC (Reference Information Center), Courtyard Level, Room CY-A257,
445 12TH Street, Washington, DC, 20554, will be closing at noon on FRIDAY, DECEMBER 17, 1999.   Files
will be available to the public on Friday from 9:00 a.m. until noon.  Regular hours of operation will resume on
Monday, December 20, 1999.
