Before the Commission is an application for review filed by Mr. Danny Lee Coffield (Coffield). Coffield appeals an order, released February 15, 1996, by the Compliance and Information Bureau (Bureau) denying reconsideration of a monetary forfeiture of $2,000 imposed for unlicensed operation in violation of Section 301 of the Communications Act of 1934, as amended (Act), 47 U.S.C.  301. In the Matter of Danny Lee Coffield, 11 FCC Rcd 1829 (CIB 1996). We have reviewed Coffield's application for review and have concluded that the arguments raised therein were previously considered by the Bureau and properly decided. Therefore, we find no reason to disturb the Bureau's decision. 2. Accordingly, IT IS ORDERED, that pursuant to 47 C.F.R.  1.115(g), the application for review filed by Danny Lee Coffield IS DENIED. 3. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that, pursuant to Section 503(b) of the Act, 47 U.S.C.  503(b) and Section 1.80 of the Commission's rules, 47 C.F.R.  1.80, Danny Lee Coffield is liable for a monetary forfeiture in the amount of two thousand dollars ($2,000) for violating Section 301 of the Act, 47 U.S.C.  301. The amount specified was determined after consideration of the factors set forth in Section 503(b)of the Act. 4. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that pursuant to Section 1.80(h) of the Commission's rules, 47 C.F.R.  1.80(h), Danny Lee Coffield, shall, within thirty (30) days of the release date of the Order, pay the full amount of the forfeiture.
