On December 19, 2000, Verizon-Massachusetts (Verizon) filed a petition requesting modification of local
access and transport area (LATA) boundaries to provide one-way, non-optional expanded local calling
service (ELCS) between the Athol, Massachusetts exchange and the Winchester and Fitzwiliam, New
Hampshire exchanges.

Interested parties may file comments concerning this matter on or before February 16, 2001 and reply
comments on or before March 2, 2001.  All filings must reference File No. NSD-L-01-20 and should
