In the Petition, SNET requested a limited waiver or extension until July 22, 2000, of the Commission May 17, 2000, deadline for providing electronic access to loop qualification information in SNET's region. On July 26, 2000, by letter, SNET advised the Common Carrier Bureau that it was able to deploy the necessary systems and software to establish an electronic interface for the retrieval of loop qualification information on July 22, 2000. On August 28, 2000, SNET filed a letter withdrawing its petition for limited waiver of the loop qualification implementation schedule.
