     On June 9, 2000, in accordance with Section 64.903 of the Commission's rules,
CenturyTel of Washington, Inc. (CenturyTel) filed its initial Cost Allocation Manual (CAM).

Parties may file comments on CenturyTel's CAM no later than July 18, 2000.   Replies
should be filed by August 2, 2000.  Comments should reference file number ASD 00-29.  A copy
of each pleading should be sent to Debbie Weber, FCC Common Carrier Bureau, 445 12th Street,
S.W., Room 6C-124, Washington D.C. 20554 and the International Transcription Service (ITS),
1231 20th Street, N.W., Washington D.C., 20036.  Copies are available for public inspection and
