Rehberger from the USAC Board of Directors. In its letter of March 10, USAC asked the Common Carrier Bureau Chief, in accordance with section 54.703(c) of the Commission's rules, to begin the process for selecting a successor Board member to serve on the USAC Board of Directors for the remainder of Mr. Rehberger's term. Pursuant to section 54.703(c) of the Commission's rules, which sets forth the nomination and selection procedures for selecting Board members to serve on the USAC Board of Directors, nominations are hereby sought for the Board member seat representing interexchange carriers with more than $3 billion in annual operating revenues.
