(NewPath) filed a petition for declaratory ruling that an incumbent local exchange carrier's obligation to provide nondiscriminatory, unbundled access to the high-frequency or data portion of a loop under the Line Sharing Order and section 51.319(h) of the Commission's rules applies to resale loops. Interested parties may file comments regarding the NewPath petition no later than April 26, 2000, with the Secretary, FCC at 445 12th Street, SW, TW-A325, Washington, DC 20554. Oppositions or responses to these comments may be filed with the Secretary, FCC no later than May 11, 2000. All pleadings are to reference CC Docket No. 00-50.
