In its petition, GTE requests that the Commission waive 32.27(c) of its rules to allow GTE to continue to record transactions with its separate services affiliate at fully distributed cost without incurring the obligation to obtain a market valuation study. GTE claims that this waiver is for a limited time period until contracts with former GTE affiliates have expired. Interested parties may file comments no later than April 20, 2000, with the Secretary, FCC, 445 12th Street, S.W., TW-A325, Washington, D.C. 20554.
