                      COMMENTS SOUGHT ON CARRIER'S 
                    COST ALLOCATION MANUAL REVISIONS
                                    
                                    
     On January 12, 2000, SBC Communications, Inc. (SBC) filed an errata to the year-end 1999 Cost Allocation
Manual (CAM) for Ameritech to include missing pages in the Exhibit to the cover letter.  In addition, on January 20,
2000, SBC filed revisions to the CAM covering operations of Nevada Bell, Pacific Bell and Southwestern Bell to
update the cost apportionment table.

     Parties may file comments on the above CAM changes no later than March 6, 2000. Replies should be filed
by March 21, 2000.  Comments should reference the applicable ASD file number listed above.  A copy of each
