The application certifies that a copy of the application has been forwarded to the Secretary of Defense's office, Governor Jeb Bush of Florida, and the Secretary of State. A copy of this application has also been forwarded by the Commission to the Governor of Alabama, the Secretary of the Army, and the Secretary of the Navy in accordance with the requirements of Section 1.763 of the Commission's rules, 47 C.F.R.  1.763. GTC's application of June 24, 1999, upon initial review, appears to be complete as an application to supplement existing facilities under section 214(a) of the Communications Act of 1934, 47 U.S.C.  214(a), and section 63.03 of the Commission's rules, 47 C.F.R.  63.03, and has been accepted for filing. The Commission reserves the right to return the application, if, upon further examination, it is determined that it is defective or not in substantial compliance with the Commission's rules. In accord with 47 C.F.R.  63.03(d) the application to supplement existing facilities shall be automatically granted on the 21st day, August 5, 1999, after this filing appears on public notice unless on or before the 21st day the Commission shall notify the applicant to the contrary.
