See Implementation of the Local Competition Provisions of the Telecommunications Act of 1996, and Petition of Southwestern Bell Telephone Company, Pacific Bell, and Nevada Bell for Expedited Declaratory Ruling on Interstate IntraLATA Toll Dialing Parity or, in the Alternative, Various Other Relief, Order, CC Docket No. 96-98, NSD File No. L-98-121, FCC 99-54 (rel. March 23, 1999) (March 23 Order). The Commission issued a revised schedule, which requires local exchange carriers (LECs) to file intraLATA toll dialing parity implementation plans with the Common Carrier Bureau (Bureau) on June 22, 1999, if a state commission has not yet acted on that LEC's plan. On June 23, 1999, in accordance with the revised schedule, the Bureau released a public notice listing intraLATA toll dialing parity plans filed with the Bureau and initiating a comment cycle for the Bureau's consideration of any LEC plan filed with the Bureau. The Bureau has accepted for filing purposes, the following intraLATA toll dialing parity plan, not yet approved by the indicated state, but filed with the Bureau after the June 22, 1999 deadline: NEXTLINK Massachusetts, Inc., July 12, 1999 Stateline Telecommunications, Inc., SD, filed July 12, 1999 Interested parties may file comments concerning this matter on or before July 19, 1999, and reply comments on or before July 21, 1999. All filings must reference File No. NSD-L-98-121 and CC Docket 96-98.
