Washington, D.C. 20554 DA 99-887 Release Date: May 11, 1999 Revised Reporting Procedures for Filing Automated Reporting Management Information System (ARMIS) Data As a result of the recent relocation and consolidation of the FCC headquarters, we revise the Reporting Procedures required for all ARMIS Reports (FCC Reports 43-01, 43-02, 43-03, 43-04, 43-05, 43-06, 43-07, 43-08, 495A and 495B) to change the address of where the ARMIS filings shall be delivered. We also reduce, from two to one, the required number of paper copies and diskettes to be provided to the Accounting Safeguards Division. Specifically, one copy of the paper and disk shall be filed with the Accounting Safeguards Division, Reporting Management and Analysis Branch and one copy of the paper and disk shall be filed with the Reference Information Center (RIC). All documents can be viewed at the FCC Reference Information Center (RIC), 445 Twelth Street SW, Washington, DC 20554 Room CY A257. This revised reporting procedure will be effective for filings on or after May 21, 1999.
