The Common Carrier Bureau (Bureau) established a filing date of March 8, 1999, for comments, and March 30, 1999, for reply comments.  Xe-xOn March 1, 1999, KMC Telecom, Inc. (KMC), a competitive local exchange carrier (CLEC), filed a motion for extension of time in this proceeding. On March 3, 1999, the Competitive Pricing Division granted KMC's motion. Interested parties may now file  X-comments on Bell Atlantic's petition for forbearance on or before March 18, 1999 , and reply  X-comments on or before April 8, 1999 .
