The parties state that this amendment will extend the VS and F services to the states in which SWBT provides local telephone services. SWBT also requests a waiver of the Federal tariffing requirement for certain state tariffed services. Interested parties should file comments on this CEI plan amendment and petition for waiver by January 8, 1999, and reply comments by January 25, 1999, with the Secretary, FCC, at 445 Twelfth Street, S.W., Washington, D.C. 20554, or at 1919 M Street, N.W., Washington, D.C. 20554 (from 4:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m).
