Concurrent with its emergency stay request, Ameritech petitioned the  x=Commission to clarify, or rule on reconsideration, that the oral disclosure requirement adopted  XC- xin its Second Report does not apply to 0+ interstate intraLATA service.zC$ {O-  ԍxIn the Second Report, the Commission amended Section 64.703 of its rules to require operator service  xproviders (OSPs) by July 1, 1998, to "[d]isclose, audibly and distinctly to the consumer, at no charge and before  xconnecting any interstate, domestic, interexchange nonaccess code operator service call, how to obtain the total cost  xof the call, including any aggregator surcharge, or the maximum total cost of the call, including any aggregator  xsurcharge, before providing further oral advice to the consumer on how to proceed to make the call."
